The West Yorkshire Music Hub applies a range of methods to ensure that all aspects of our delivery are of a high and sustained standard.   This involves setting clear objectives, monitoring performance, and continuously improving their services.  One key aspect of our quality assurance measurers is the regular development and reviewing of SMART objectives based on the identified needs within our Local Plan for Music Education. These objectives help us to set clear goals and measure their progress effectively.

We have embedded and continuous professional development (CPD) for our workforce and this ensures that educators and administrators are up-to-date with the latest teaching methods, technologies, and best practices in music education. By investing in CPD, we can enhance the quality of their teaching and support services and share knowledge and expertise with the wider force in schools and partner organisations.
